Ethical Love Magick

So, what is “Ethical Love Magick?”

This type of Love Magick is about creating receptiveness within you.

It has no intended person or “target” in mind.

There is no attachment to the end result other than it being the best for you. Thus, there is no obstruction of a person’s Free Will. This type of Magick involves the encouragement of Self Love, Self Care, and awakening one’s own Divine Connection. You will learn how to attract the types of people, situations and energies into your life that will enable you to become receptive for your Soul Mate connection; the type of love that will benefit you most. The true love that you need.

Ethical Love Magick stems from practical daily life activities, lifestyle changes, and is also types of ritual, spells or workings. These add to your magnetism with attraction Magick, improve your physical appearance with practical and glamour Magickal applications, as well as mindfulness and meditation. These practices connect the mind and heart to your value and power, creating a space for those who are ready to align with you. Imagine this process as creating an energetic cornucopia within your being that exists to accept only the most fresh, nutritious, and beneficial life given sustanance The Universe has to offer! 

In my past blog article, “The Dangers of Love Magick” I mention- 

“Magick works for those who Work it! Have Faith in Action by walking in Magick in your daily life, living with intent and making moves with purpose!” 

What I mean by these statements, is you CAN NOT approach Magick as if it’s a cure-all to any situation. Some will approach Magick from a place of desperation; inflicted with a sense of disconnect and unresolve. They’ll be willing to do Magick, but unwilling to make practical changes in daily life which to benefit for the long term and help their desired outcome for Love. If you want your Magick Love Magick to work, you can’t approach seeking balanced a Love Union from a murky & dark place. There are plenty of circumstances in the spiritual realm where emergencies arise, and sometimes, the only solutions may be a spiritual one. We may not be in our most grounded space. However, Love Magick is different; in that it allows us to take our time and take it easy. It’s not an emergency, sweetheart! It’s a process. There’s no need to rush…

Faith in Action! Walk in Magick! 

1.  Fall in love with yourself! 

Get out of the house! Treat yourself! It’s time to spoil yourself and celebrate YOU! 

-Take yourself on a fancy dinner date

-Go to that upscale cocktail lounge you’ve been eye-balling

-Find an excuse to get a new outfit that makes you feel sexy

-Get a massage

-Try a new hairstyle

-Turn off your phone & book a self care day at a Day Spa

-Make a list of things you love about yourself & how you can refine to be the best version of you

-Take time out in Mother Nature

-Reconnect to, or discover new hobbies or interests that make you feel joyful, fulfilled and confident 

-MOVE WITH PURPOSE. Take up space, you bad ass! When you walk, straighten up and walk like you’re on a mission. Smile kindly to those who come your way and go about your day like you’re a spirit of love with plenty of things to do, places to be, and demons to slay! 

2. Dress for Success! 

Your being & body is a Temple! 

Consecrate yourself in Divine Self Love so that all who approach are prepared to respect and appreciate at the altar of your essence!

-Use Color Magick in your daily wardrobe to express yourself and the types of energy you want to attract. (See my Color Magick List below)

-Go through your wardrobe and throw away clothes that make you feel frumpy or that are ratty or torn. If you don’t love it – get rid of it! Only keep things you love! 

-Get yourself cute or sexy pajamas! Stop it already with the sweats & gym clothes for bed. You should really be feeling yourself before bed, preparing for delicious dreams! Don’t settle for flopping into bed in tattered & torn sweats that make you feel like a bum!  

-Dress up every chance you get. I don’t care if all you have to do today is go to Walmart, you go & look fine as fuck in the produce section and you know it too!  

-Give yourself a Divine Goddess/God self care routine. This can be whatever frequency you want, as long as you make it a routine. Take a candle lit luxury bubble bath. Splurge on bath bombs, body scrubs. Exfoliate your skin, be sure to moisturize and then follow up with some sexy and sensual body oils or body fragrances. Keep yourself hydrated, focus on the health of your skin! Show off that radiating birthday suit! Appreciate how beautiful the body that holds in your spirit and soul is! 3. Take Care of Your Health! 

-Get a gym membership & work on your fitness goals

-Try a new physical activity; hiking, yoga class, pole dancing, etc.  

-Schedule any Dr.’s appointments you might have been putting off. Maybe you’re due for a physical, or need to see get a teeth cleaning at the dentist or update your eyeglasses prescription. Whatever it may be, just do it. You deserve a long, healthy life to fill with happiness & to share with your future Soul Mate! 

Color Magick!

Colors For Love!

Red
Red represents passion, desire, and excitement. It can also represent prosperity and abundance. Red signifies powerful, bold energy. You can use red to express your sexuality and draw to you those that are extroverted, upfront and confident. Red commands attention and demands to be seen! 

Pink
Is a color for romance, tenderness, and feminine energy. Pink is also associated with love that also comes with deep friendship. Pink is wonderful to use to create a soft vibration that radiates sensuality, kindness, calmness, nurturing and the feelings that come with a romance that blooms with a soulful friendship intertwined. 

Orange
Orange is a happy color of courage! Utilizing this color tells people you have a glowing joyful boldness. Since the color orange is so bright and eye-catching, using orange can draw the attention of those that appreciate a person that isn’t afraid to allow their brightness and joy to burst through.    

Blue
Blue is connected to truth. The throat chakra color is blue. Darker blue is also considered a royal or regal color. Use blue to show off your dignified personality. Blue helps us to be true to ourselves and others. Using blue in Love Magick helps use to speak our truth and not be afraid to ask for what we need.  

White
White represents the purest love. White is innocence, purity, commitment, and new beginnings. This is why white wedding dresses are a common tradition! Wearing white is a commitment in itself to make sure we are aware of all around us to keep our outfit pure of dirt and stains! Use white to attract energy that is pure in intent; love that is ready to commit. White can also bring in people that are able to let go of negative energy and start fresh when faced with obstacles.   

Periwinkle

This is a unique color that represents peace, introspection, and calm. Periwinkle is the perfect color to bring in the energy of a thoughtful, intellectual partner. Using Periwinkle gives off the energy of an person that approaches life in a peaceful manner and thrives in a balanced, calm atmosphere. 

Black 

You won’t find this color often on a list of color for love, but it’s an important one! Black is taboo, mystical & mysterious. Black is sexual, bold, and powerful as Red, but in a different way. Black represents seriousness, professionalism with business. Wearing black attracts those that crave hidden secrets in life. Black is setting a standard; setting a high bar. A well put together shirt and slacks or nicely cut black dress shows sophistication & creates curiosity.  

Magickal Oils for Love!

1. Clary Sage – Sage is cleansing & can help the female reproductive system. It decreases stress hormones, and sets a calming mood.
2. Sandalwood – This oil has a exotic and earthy fragrance that is known to increase levels of desire as well as have a grounding effect. 
3. Lavender – This essential oil reduces anxiety and stress significantly and helps produce high levels of relaxation. It has a light, pleasant fragrance. 
4. Ylang Ylang – Can create feelings of euphoria. It has a rich sensual smell that is hypnotic and intoxicating, producing a mystical and enchanted sensation. Ylang Ylang is known to increase sexual stimulation. 
5. Ginseng – This oil releases chemicals known to improve male function, increase energy & gives an overall sense of well being.
6. Rose – Rose is the symbol of love all around the world! Rose connects to the heart chakra. It can ease pain, create a sense of sensuality & softness & boost confidence. 
7.   Jasmine – is heavenly & floral with a charming feel It stimulates nostalgia & comfort between people. It is sultry, and balances 
8. Narcissus – This oil can assist in releasing emotional frigidity. It is an aphrodisiac. It is soothing & sedative. It encourages a journey of self love. Connects to the heart, also assists in restful sleep. Good for the libido
9. Botanica Oils – These oils can be purchased at your local botanica and used for the body. They all have a wonderful fragrance and can be layered with other perfumes, colognes and body lotions to create a unique and inviting scent! 

• Attraction Oil – (Aceite de Atracción) This oil is used to enhance one’s personal power of attraction. It can help increase your confidence in your appearance and boost your confidence. 
• Love Oil –  (De Amor Aceite) – Love oil helps you to express love for yourself and others, and it helps to assist you to be able to embrace the power of love. 
• Magnet Oil (Aceite de Iman) – This oil is to help you attract positive energies into your life in the form of positive experiences, relationships, and opportunities. 

Love Ritual! Create a Love Altar! Receptive Magick!

Reserve a special space in your bedroom to create your own Love Altar! Make sure it’s a space that won’t get disturbed and that is specifically designated for your Receptive Love Magick. 

How do I make a Receptive Love Altar and what do I do? 

Once you have reserved your space, you can be simple or go wild with creativity all you want! A Receptive Love Altar is an “active” and “on going” act of Magick that gives you the chance to honor your Self Love while presenting to The Universe what Love means to you. Your Receptive Love Altar will act to attract Love into your life as you focus on aspects of Love that are meaningful to you. 

Let me share with you about my own Receptive Love Altar. I am happily married. Though this Receptive Love Altar is between my Husband and I, when I was single wondering where my Soul Mate was, I created a Love Altar similar to this. I adorned it flowers, candles, and various items representing what Love & Union meant to me. I would tend to it often, putting my focus into Love I had within me and the Love I had for myself and life. 

My husband gifted me a jewelry chest last holiday which over the past year began to grow into a Love Altar. I began keeping fragranced candles on it which I would light at night when we were in bed together. Then, I started putting the vases of flowers there that he would gift me. I enjoy placing little gifts and treats for us there as well. It became a pleasant area where we could be reminded daily of the goodness of Love. This area should be a joyful, beautiful place that is pleasing to the eye and evokes feelings of peace and lightheartedness.

You can also write down qualities in Love that are important to you and place them on your altar. Give yourself lovely flowers to adorn your area. When you light a candle on your altar, light it with intent and pray to open your heart chakra to experience the Union of Love in this life. Another fun idea is using Tarot cards to express the type of Love you want. Explore the meanings of each card. Some cards represent aspects of the human experience while others represent the sex, age character, and personality of people. You can apply this same concept to Oracle cards, Runes, crystals, and even apply the spiritual meaning to flowers and herbs. What matters most is that it is fun, feels healing and refreshing to you; because Love should be fun, healing & refreshing! Allow yourself to explore and let this creative activity help you grow spiritually as you master the journey of Love from within!
